You can ride the walking paths...but there are many places with big roots, there is A lot of nice paved roads around most of the lake. I see quite a few bikers

Great trails as well as a long board walk in the woods and by the river.
No sorry. I do see bikes on the walking trails. There is lots of pavement there. You might try riding on that.
