My answer would be no...I'm not sure where there is parking on the side of the Hwy is as mentioned in an earlier answer. You would most likely be blocking part of the 2-lane road (Hwy 6). As far as parking in the park, it is all dirt & not built for semi's...very narrow.
Great question, actually... The answer is yes, you can. But with a big possibility of having to park your rig outside of the state park entrance, on the side of the highway... There are some open areas aside the highway, that have been used before, and quite often, by truck drivers passing through, stopping to take a look at the water, or enjoy a quick dip.. A semi-truck that is loaded (with trailer), or unloaded (without trailer), shouldn't have any problems with parking. Trying to go into the park, may be a difficult task to perform.. However, I do not know the parks policies on semi trucks or oversized vehicles in the park.. I do know, that parking near the entrance on the highway, is permitted.. I hope this was helpful for you!
I wouldn't advise it, especially if the park is busy. The lot isn't very wide. The entrance is steep with a sharp 90 degree turn in and the road is narrow with guard rails.
Thanks so much
