You would have to call them and talk to them I don't know if they would reserve the whole center section for you or not that would depend on your timeframe I'm sure Even at that I'm not sure if that would accommodate 70 or not they might could make it work
The one located on 71st close to Garnett doesn't have "rooms" so to speak but they do have an area to the left of the restaurant that could accommodate a lot of people. But 70? You would need to call and ask. That is a lot for any restaurant to accommodate into one room.
