What is the lot rent and what does it include?
It's Mostly mobile homes not RV's. Some dude got rid of his mobile home once and replaced it with an RV, actually another guy did too, but it's a MOSTLY mobile home park for sure. I'm not usually over on the right side of Lee Highway in the main area of the park though, I only know about Mr. McFarland's side, the side he actually lives on, but I hope this helped some.
