What is the weather and water currently like? Thinking of making a spring break trip from Kansas to camp there. Is it warm enough to swim?

It's kinda cold here. I have been to a local beach where I live and the bay water is very cold.

Still cold right now. Usually people swim for spring break but it's pretty nippy. Ours is mid March.
