Try running the show by urself Robby. Keep on trucking next time. I go there often and alot of times only one person there. Put urself in their position. I usually get awesome service! Eat somewhere else ya cry baby!
My experience there is that they were severely understaffed, so each sandwich was about 4-5 minutes. If you order 5 sandwiches, and you have a similar experience to me, you'll be there at least 20 minutes. At least the workers were friendly.
