I'm looking for a free and beautiful place to camp and heard this was the place...is there actual camping? Has anyone camped here?

There's a few firepits in spots along the hike up to the hot springs as well.

Yes. And is awesome place. I did camping couple years back @ Diamond Fork on right side to the Fifth Water hot spring.
