Yes just remember they can't be in the play area
Unless they have changed the last time we tried and stated that we were just dinning we were told that because they would have to cross the casino floor that that couldn't go in. So to be safe I would call first. Update 1/12/20 kids can now eat in the casino because of the hotel but they can't be on the floor..
But they have to be escorted.
You cannot leave children unattended. If a responsible adult stays with the children, then I would think yes. Not sure age minimum for floor guests.
