Yes they can and they are only allowed to eat at certain restaurant's in the casino. The are not allowed on certain parts of the casino floor. They can go to the pool area, the burger place inside the casino, and Margaritaville. Also, I believe Ruth Chris too.

Kids can stay at the casino and walk through it to get to different resturants. Just as long as they don't touch the machines your ok. I take my kids all the time and they love just walking through the casino looking at all the machines.
Pool passes are available for purchase at an additional cost.
