Some areas may be a tad tight but the overall attraction is generally quite roomy so no one should really have a problem on that front. The tightest it really gets is a single inflatable corridor. If you can handle walking through that for roughly 15 seconds then the rest is really quite a breeze. I do highly recommend you go to this attraction as it it the most fun I've ever had at a haunted house.
I would say no, they usually have one exhibit that prays on that fear, you have to squeeze between 2 inflatable walls. plus there other small spaces.
