Went to the one in Vernal and will not be returning. We were the only individuals with masks on correctly. One employee had a mask on and it was below her nose. There were quite a few tables in there with us and they entered and exited without masks. Salad bar was being done by patrons with no masks and no gloves. Not safe during this pandemic. Food was hot and okay flavor. Price was higher than value.

Sometimes places earn 5 stars based upon sheer value for the money. Our choice for breakfast was $20 for a limited choices breakfast buffet at Raddison’s or a much larger variety at JB’s for half the price. The food was good and the service was great. And on conference weekend they got us right in.

They advertise parking at the hotel. If you are lucky you can get street parking. There is also a parking lot a block north of the restaurant.
All I know is that their food is fantastic And the salad bar is great

Good buffet
No it's not bad at all. I mean of course we're not perfect by any means but we admit our errors and try to rectify them in anyway we can. You just have to bring our mistakes to our attention or else we don't know that there is a problem. If you ever have a problem with our service or food we provide our management does care. Call and ask for Mag he is the general manager and the best boss I could have ever asked for! So come on in and give us another chance to show you how good we can be!!!
I'm sorry that you had a bad experience but it's not always like that. We have an amazing crew and I couldn't ask for a better work environment. That being said sometimes things happen that don't turn out well, like your server walking out. I apologize for that and wish I would have been there to take care of you; however it's in the past now, but I'd love the chance to make it up to you. If you ever do decide to come back in you are more then welcome to ask for me and I will personally make sure you have a good experience, like I do with all my customers. As for the food I haven't had the shepherd's pie, but I eat there everyday and I have no complaints about the food. But if there's ever a problem you should let your server know and we will make you something different. We value our customers and strive to make them happy!!!
