I'm curious how exactly it works? Can i get my medical card there? And if so, can I buy right then too? Someone was telling me about a place called The Treehouse where you can get your card and buy right then and its $150. Is this the same place?

You need to see a DR to receive your recommendation, then you will need to go to OMMA website and submit your application with your recommendation. You will get your card in about 7 days.
