It wasnt an option on my form....but im sure there's side effects of hep c that will certainly qualify you. Just about anything will get it, migraines, cronic pain, insomnia(doesn't have to be verified) fatigue, arthritis, diabetes, ovarian cysts, anxiety, depression, etc etc....
