Treehouse charged me $75 for the exam. I filed my own paperwork (they offered to for $25), and then bcz of my SSI, OMMA only charged me $22.50

$100 for Dr visit, and Treehouse processing. If your son has medicade, Medicare or soonercare it will be 22.50 for licensing. If not is 104.30 on a debit or credit card. 100.00 has to be paid in cash. Dr is @the Treehouse Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6pm to 8pm. You come any day to get the process started.
