I haven't heard of special hours yet but several businesses are doing that. I don't work there and could be wrong. Sorry I don't have a definitive answer for you.
There are not specific times for seniors right now.
Target did have shout out for hours for seniors and vulnerable people, disabled. So far have not seen HEB put any notice up. You can always ask for an employee to assist you at HEB. They will push your cart and get the items you need.
