No ID needed. But, if you have any points on your Coushatta Advantage Players Card, you can use the points for your meal.
I don't think you have to have ID but if you use you cuz shot a card you'll get a discount off the restroom and you'll need an ID for Coushatta card

Yes, if you are using comp on your players card to pay for the meal. I don't think they will ask if you pay with cash or credit unless you are having alcohol and you appear to them as being under age.
