Wild caught, Doc Ford's The best in Fort Myers Beach
We were told wild caught. But I'd prob only assume such rigorous application of reality in Alaska. Maybe. In Florida most of the fresh caught anything ends up in NY or LA.
I think that they are both wild caught, but I may be wrong on the salman. Either way I'd recommend them forever!
