The drivers do not get that. It's for insurance for the drivers. It is not an automatic gratuity at all. Most pizza places have a delivery charge that is much higher.
No that is a service fee I asked a delivery driver from Jet's Pizza when they arrived and they told me that that is a service fee that does not count as a tip so it's like automatic gratuity it's messed up and wrong but that's why I don't order from Jet's Pizza anymore they're bit pricey for the quality they they do have a very menu but not many items I should just looking add another restaurant or pizza chain
