No. You can bring your own. The water level depends on how much rain we've had over the year
No rentals that I saw, its hiking trails are pretty. I would go after a recent rain if you wanted a pretty view of the shoals

No not that I'm aware of canoes, & kayaks, check the water levels before committing to an adventure paddle, could be low & lots of rocks.
