Hello...yes you can. Just needs to be on a leash. But I would recommend going to Debrava beach which is a little over a mile from there West on Hwy 116..you will see a dirt parking lot just kitty corner across the highway from the "Garden Grill" restaurant on the left.
Make sure is well behaved, no problem. Leash wise as long as not overly aggressive, no need.
