Flex means you may have to work up to one hour longer or one hour less on any scheduled four hour shift.

There is Amazon flex in OKC. Schedules are usually 4 hours. If you are wanting to deliver with the Amazon flex app, contact HR and ask for driving positions at OKC5. Amazon is beginning home delivery and currently has independent contractors that do postal deliveries.

I understand most of what you said. I'm trying to find out about flex also, no word back yet. Sorry. I dont work there, but I know some people who do.
