I do not understand why it would take an hour and a half to get a pizza delivered only 3 miles from the store. And why they would charge for parmesan cheese.

Delivery times are dependent mostly on your distance and the volume the store is currently experiencing, the change to being charged for Parmesan and pepper was made by Cooperate dominos not this local store, as well as it being a courtesy and not a given, I apologize for your feelings though!

Lol must of never ordered on busy days or in a town bigger then gbc cause 1.5 hours is a normal response when they are busy or around the time of year ur question says posted 6 months ago so right around Christmas and new years really and you expect quick delivery hahahah
