This is a poor excuse for a hospital ER or whatever you wanna call it it’s not a place for people of color they do not care and look at you crazy very insensitive leave you sitting in the room for hours I would give it zero stars if I could it’s like this every time I come in this place but they wanna over charge your insurance and they do nothing but take urinalysis test I’m contacting a civil lawyer first thing Monday morning this happens to me every time I visit this so called ER

In mid October I fell getting out of the shower & wasn't sure if I broke my ribs or elbow. Everyone was very nice and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. I appreciate the good care I received there and the kindness the whole staff showed me. And, nothing broken but I had some nasty bruises for a while.

This is the worst hospital ever. I called before I even went in to see if they thought I should come in with my symptoms, and they told me with my history of heart condition and COPD I should come in. So I did, I waited an hour and still was not even checked in. Every time I went t I the window to let them know I needed to check in they said it would be a minute. So I left. A woman with a little baby left before me because she had been waiting a very long time. And it wasn't even that busy. About 6 people waiting. Never will I go back there.

I took my husband to the ER for terrible pain. He usually went to the Dallas VA but he felt he couldn't make the trip. The doctor in the ER said he was going to run tests. I told him that I had my husband's VA tests results from two weeks prior. He insisted on running the same tests and then told us that he didn't find anything wrong and to see his Primary Care Doctor. I asked him if my husband could be hospitalized to find out what is wrong and he said no, that his job was not to diagnose, only to stabilize the patient. Apparently my husband was not stable. He died of cancer in a Tyler hospital seven days later after being in an induced coma for pain.

Not to the best of my knowledge, however things might have changed.
No. I mean, if you need to see the physician again. But they will not just give you pills. 7nless its life threatening.
I was told at check in unless you’ve had a stroke they won’t do an MRI. Which is really unheard of for an emergency room.
No you have to go thru medical records.
No. ER for emergencies
