It is a love and hate relationship. I have to get stuff and I end up buying to much stuff. I have never had bad service. Great and helpful when I need them.

The customer service is good from my experience. Definitely not perfect but they will accommodate you with your issues.
Well even the CEO of Walmart knows that people don't really go there for customer service but for the prices. Thats why they removed those nice vest they had back then that said How may I help you?. How can they help u when it seems that their employees are either on lunch break or this is not my department excuse?

Wal-Mart does not have good customer service. They just happen to have everything you need all in one place.
