...Because Walmart wants YOU to find your own tires & install them on your car, as they are making everything self-service / self checkout. You are better off shopping at an actual tire store & stop giving Walmart business as they DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS...ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY & NOT PAYING EMPLOYEES A FAIR SALARY...
Cause it's Walmart and the don't staff properly. Toby's Alignment will be open on the 3rd and can take care of you.
Go somewhere else or be prepared to keep calling. We ordered tires and they were there days before because no one bothered to go look and make sure when we did finally get through. Won't buy tires there again.
they do that often n when u go there n ask they say oh we got phone probs ...they jus dont want to answer most the time...
Just go to Toby's. I've been going there for 18 years with my 2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R and they have placed on several tires on my car including balance, rotations, alignments, brakes, resurface rotars. I bought my car new and I'm at 214 thousand miles. Toby's is the best in town.
They were BEYOND BUSY during Christmas. Your best bet is to go to a local tire store or order online! My car went down at the Maclenny Store, in the rain with my 8month old Granddaughter, they couldn't send someone to check it out, they said for me to get it running and bring it around and they would check it out...IT WAS NOT STARTING WAS THE PROBLEM! I ended up buying an inexpensive pair of battery charging cables and a nice couple jumped the car for me. I ended up buying a new battery when I got home. WalMart has gotten too big for their britches!
The one in Starke has 5 managers and I couldn't get 1 to talk to me in person. Although I know you can look up tires on line
I'm not sure what the problem is, I thought maybe the automated phone service system was to blame. But I'm not so sure. I've tried getting an answer from any of the different areas, deli, electronics, ext, with the same result. Absolutely no answer. Sorry to hear this is an ongoing problem.
We had the same problem
They seem to be to busy with Christmas returns!
