Paper only, except for special scheduled, supervised events. Then they may allow for the use of ballistic urethane or similar targets. Urethane spinners and the like.. they would have to be situated so any rounds fired will still impact the backstop. They wouldn't want the chance of a ricochet from a target at ground level. Too much liability if the ricochet were to go beyond the backstop. There are open hunting areas and hiking trails beyond the backstop. So even with special events, the shooter is supposed to ensure that the rounds will hit the backstop after passing through the target.
So no clay, stellar or those little rubber targets that bounce around when you shoot them? Lame. Thanks for the answer
