Yes. Usually whoever is working the Women's Dressing Rooms.
Their is only 1 person working the photo center so if their on break or w/customers it's hard to grab the phone too. Try calling another department to see if they can help you or just call customer service & ask for the manager/supervisor on duty!!! Hope this helps.
