All day while sun is out. Take some binoculars for a better view. Also take you time as you watch them cuz you never know when they'll take a bite.
There always seem to be a few sunning themselves.
I think it sucks.the water is dirty.u can't drive on the beach at all.u have to walk 3 blocks from the parking spot with all your stuff.go to Bob Hall pier.its way cleaner n u can drive up to the water.great fishing.great food.great surfing.loved it
It's just so hot out now we thought maybe they'd be under water to keep cool?
