Are there stroller friendly trails?

Trails are pretty well packed down material.

Jogger stroller would be better

If you have a good more heavy duty type then absolutely. I wouldn't recommend going on a trail if you have a walker or a stroller with wheels similar to a walker, but my grandmother did fine even with hip and ankle problems. The trails are well packed and kept up with.
