In regards to the lower, open seating area, there are a limited number of tables. Pretty sure you are not going to be able to get 11 at any one and moving them around isn't likely. Just not much room on the outside deck.
No. Not at all. There's a total of 4 tables outside.. 2 on each side of the doorway. Each table only seats 4. Even if you come join 2 together that's only seating for 10. Plus there's no way they will let you join 3 because it would block the doorway. Lastly, it's always busy and those are the first tables to go.
