Are manatees still there in April?

Thete were many of them 2 weeks ago. They should be gone by now.

We saw 2 just on March 31st

Not there yet when I visited week of December 10, 2017.

I was there last week. They said the manatees are already gone

It's usually a winter site, but I saw one last Tuesday in the morning around 9.
