There was dozens and dozens of them last weekend when I went so maybe
I went March 14, 2018 before noon and there was loss of them at the park. It was a very cool morning.
Thinking water in river and gulf is 70+, so probably not...We went 2 or 3 weeks ago and zero manatees...
