Every time I have been they are out there, I have seen them. Some more are out than other days, but you should be able to see them. They go to those canals to be in the warmer water. The last time I went, there were a lot of them. Even saw cute little babies playing with their mothers. I 😊

Not sure, people usually either depend on tips from here, or take a chance and show up. I promise you, as cold as the temps are tonight, they will be in there thick to keep warm with the water cycling through the industrial plant across the road. I wish I had the day off from work tomorrow.
