Do children under 2yrs need a concert ticket to attend

Since PNC does not make the rules on ticket prices and who is eligible, it depends on the concert and who's performing. I used to work at the radio station and each concert is different from the other. Some artists will require tickets whereas others won't. The majority of shows do NOT make you purchase tickets for very young children. 😊
