Can RVs park overnight?

I have seen people in a RV and Big Rig parked over night in Walmart on Walnut st n IH35N. New Braunfels,Tx. Which is also convenient for they have supplies that are needed for RV necessities.

Ive seen it happen at different walmart, bit i am not sure if its actually aloud or not.

I do not believe this is allowed in the Walmart parking lot.
