The A/C in the room did not work. The coffee machine in the room did not work. Went down to the lobby to get coffee and they were out. I asked the front desk clerk if he could let them know there wasn't any coffee and as rude and sarcastic as possible he told me that they would get to it when they can. We travel to New Braunfels with a group of 7 friends. One of the couples did not even have towels in their room. When they asked the same front desk clerk for towels he responded as soon as they brought the others down he would give them fresh ones! The thing is they did NOT have any. As a group we travel to this area at least once a year to go to the river. We will NEVER stay here again.

Extremely dissatisfied! Customer service is HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE!! We originally chose this hotel because it was closest to an event we were attending. Please do not make the same mistake. There are plenty of other (nicer) hotels to stay at in the area for an even better price.

The room looked like it wasn't clean at all. A bag of Garbage was laying next to the couch. The sink was gross, the flooring was dirty. Service was amazing and the air works great! Wasn't bad could just use better cleaning.

The staff was super nice and friendly. I reserved the disabled access room and the accommodations were superb. Cleanliness was at its tip top. Breakfast could have the options longer but it was still great. I recommend getting the biscuits and sausage with gravy. 10/10
