We live in the Dallas area but will be in Henderson, Texas for a few days around Christmas. Can my husband renew his driver's license at the Henderson office while we are there? What are the hours of operation? Does he need an appointment?

He should be able to renew his license here during your visit over the Christmas holidays. Just make sure that he brings his birth certificate with him or they will not let him renew his drivers license. It's a requirement. It has to be the original one, no photocopies are allowed. Their business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You might want to call the Henderson office to see what their hours will be around the Christmas holidays.
