This is the DPS office to go to Britney & Carolina are absolutely amazing! As soon as you walk In they talk to you like they have known you forever. I saw first hand these girls go above and beyond to help a customer during their appointment get the proper documents they did not bring. Let’s take a moment to remember these girls don’t make the rules they just have to follow them. They really went above and beyond to help even though the customer couldn’t get what they needed to these girls they still tried. The place was packed they were taking people in as walk ins I myself was a walk in. Just 2 girls working getting these people in and out while treating everyone so kind I was blown away. Only one bad seed came in a very disgruntled customer really for no reason being so hateful because they wanted to be a walk in and didn’t bring the right paper work. Britney was calm and tried help the situation but also stood up for herself and her coworker when this customer got out of line. Im impressed with these girls let’s hope Henderson can keep these 2 girls. Every DPS needs to come take notes from these girls running the Henderson office. I will never go anywhere else as long as these girls stick around!

It’s amazing at the change in this office just within the last year. The two girls who are working there are absolutely AMAZING! it’s nice to see they replaced the the other 2 employees from a few years ago those ladies were extremely rude. I went in to see about setting up an appointment for my renewal Brittany greeted me with a beautiful smile as soon as I walked in! She told me she could set me up an appointment if I would like or if I just wanted to stop in one day with my birth certificate they could get me as a walk in. The other girl working there was very sweet and kind. These girls seem like a great team let’s hope the Henderson dps office can keep these two girls here Henderson needed this change!

Call the Texas Department of Transportation in Austin Texas and ask them they should be able to give you the information you need and make sure that they have the correct mailing address for you

There is a one-hour class that you also have to do and then you'll be able to go to the DMV and showing your certificates and then set up your driver's test
I took my step dad mabye it was luck but he got an appointment the next day when he called

For a renewal you should only need your DL. But it is always in your best interest to bring anything with you. The people who work in those places would like nothing more than to send you back home for something that you forgot.
