I was in September 2019. The room had a strong smell of tobacco, and the bathroom had an unbearable smell of urine. Everything was blotchy, the bed, the sofa, the rug, the armchair ... the bedding was as crumpled as if there were a lot of them in it. I would never want to stay in such a place again. Perhaps with a little care they could be fixed. There may be a problem with the management.
Elevator works fine, have been here for 1 week on higher floor and never had an issue, this is both elevators

You would have to check on elevator status. I was on the first floor and enjoyed the view.
I enjoyed staying there. We just stayed on the first floor.
My parents stay there every time they're in town and don't seem to mind the place. When I've gone there to see them it seems nice enough. Not sure on the elevator though.
We were told it's been fixed for months but the state inspector won't come from Boise to sign off on the work.
I'm not sure if tbe elevator is fixed. (Call maybe) If they took care to clean the rooms and exhibit good customer service it wouldn't be too bad.
One of the elevators is functional the other is still broken...
