Is this a good place for a Toddler birthday party?

That would depend on the toddler and their facination towards flight. The exhibits are mostly hands off with a very good interaction space section that most toddlers may not get. When I was there I was experiencing the exhibits from an adult perspective and do not recall a children's section or an area for parties. Perhaps call the facility and ask the question.

I'd say 4 and up
