They mainly work with work boots. I tried to have dress shoes fixed, but they are incredibly uncomfortable with anything but the simple of repairs. Get this. They even suggested I wouldn't care if the taps on my heels where different colors. When I sent forth a string of words they should never have had to hear from my mouth, they had the audacity to be hurt. The reply? It was only a question. Yeah, one that proves not all people are in the right job. I'd look elsewhere.
