In at least five years I have never been able to get help over the phone from the local Walmart. Walmart.com will answer or return your call if heavy call volume but they have NO knowledge of your local store.
Most places are making the answering set up extremely complex, they hope that they can answer your question by promoting you to choose what category your call most closely relates to.
A LOT of places are having that issue lately.
Alot times theres only two people working there,and when theres customers there,it makes it kinda hard to two things,with that going on

I hate going there too. I see them going down the same road Sears did and now look at Sears.
They are to the point of no real cashiers it totally stinks i really try to avoid going there.
