No one is answering the phone. My daughter received a call regarding her application, and she’s trying to call back in hopes of having not missed her chance. What should she do?

They hardly ever answer their phone. and they have it set to automatically hang up after it rings for 1 minute and 40 seconds. I even called while I was in the store and they stand around talking while the phone is ringing. Customer Satisfaction, baloney.
