Depends on which one you are staying.
Frig and microwave
My suite only had refri & microwave in Valdosta. However the Marriott hotel suites I've stayed at have full kitchens. There r plenty of reasonable dining places near Valdosta Fairfield, so really not an issue.
No microwave is all I saw
