I want to possible stay there in the tent area and to utilize their bathroom but wonder about safety and theft literally of my tent. Does this happen?

Our park is very safe, and residents and managers keep a close eye on things. But you should always use common sense and keep your valuables locked up somewhere safe.

Like any where else but safer than big city . Seldom People walk through but are discouraged. Don't have to worry about other campers.

It can happen anywhere anymore.
