There aren't any camping hook-ups at the welcome center. The restrooms are always available to use but the inside shuts down. so you couldn't go inside.

I have slept there in my truck and they don't mind. I usually roll in around 1-2am and see plenty of people doing the same thing.
They don't like you sleeping or camping.
I'm sure that you could sleep in a car... I've slept in my vehicle numerous times in Kentucky and Tennessee at rest areas, never had a problem though I do keep a weapon handy at all times.
