The non smoking area is pretty big. It's nice for smokers but you can not smell the smoke anywhere.
I'm not sure about the designated areas. But it all depends on how people in the casino are smoking
Non smoking area is a good size. The rest of the casino is smokey. I was there Friday during daylight hours and the smoke was bothering my eyes

It's not that bad there. I don't smoke, I didn't even notice the smell, I think they can only smoke outside. Not really sure.
