Only if your Corgi is a certfied support/ therapy dog.
They are welcome on the patio . By law, if you have a service dog, you should be allowed in closed establishments and this includes restaurants . But, there are still inside regulations in food establishments where the animal cannot lay because of state sanitation laws. They cannot be near where food (kitchen) is being prepared or sit in chairs and always leashed. State health inspectors ensure these regulations for sanitation purposes/public safety in the food industry. However , the restaurant cannot force you to show validation because of laws that connect to the privacy act. I would call and ask if you know which Starbucks you want to visit and tell them your situation .
