I don't think there is mini golf but there is a go karting place on the third floor and it seems fun.

Im not 100% certain,For the time I have gone to this Lovely Mall,I have never noticed any signs to play indoor mini golf...You may want to call the mall directory their is a # on their website
Actually,I noticed a store that has a virtual driving range that looked interesting, but didn't see a mini golf, although that doesn't mean that they don't have one. I would call them.
