I am addicted. That is it I have said it. Can’t not stop at Zara. I mean who can miss a decent sale? I won’t tell you that I find something on every visit. There are good days and boring days. And lines can get ridiculous. Some of my best buys were from here.

I am very upset. The store hours for today are clearly up until 7PM. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and they were still open but would not allow us to enter the store. If the store is officially open until 7PM, then you need to allow people into the store. It may have taken me 3 minutes.

I am filing a complaint against the Zara in Palisades NY in the Palisades Mall. A week ago I purchased a pair of paints that came with a defect. The defect was that the pair of pants did not have the hole to button up the pants ( pictures attached). This is normally never an issue for a return. Today I went back ti return the pants and the manager of that store named Ana stated “we will not return your money we will only exchange if pants are available.” I stated that was fine. The pants were not available. I then proceeded to ask for a credit to be applied to the current purchase I was making. The manager Stated they will not give me a credit. I was flabbergasted. This manager was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I believe this to be a simple exchange. I will make sure that the thousands of dollars along family spends is no longer spent at this location. How Zara allow this type of professionalism .

I’m in here all the time and the sales associates are very kind, but the lines get very long and for whatever reason they rarely will open the men or Children’s register. Once, the main line was almost to the door, and a cashier literally did a bunch of go backs instead of taking customers…a manager even just went back and talked to the associate instead of hopping on and helping! I’ve worked in retail so this was frustrating to me. I feel the priority should be getting the line down first. It’s irritating for the customer to stand in line for so long and watching the employees just stand still. Please work on this. Otherwise always clean and like I said, kind employees.
